Wenpad Labs operates as a decentralized service platform, not a financial intermediary. Projects launching on Wenpad are solely responsible for regulatory compliance in their jurisdictions.

It does not guarantee project outcomes but provides some protections via the Insurance Scheme. Users should conduct due diligence and understand risks associated with DeFi and crypto investing.

Wenpad Labs does not offer financial advice or brokerage services and complies with applicable decentralized protocols and standards.
